Call For Papers

Call for Papers has been extended. Submit by March 7 in order for your session to be considered.

Hadoop Summit will focus on Apache Hadoop as the enabler of the next generation enterprise data platform. If you are a developer, architect, administrator, data analyst, data scientist, IT or business leader or otherwise involved with Apache Hadoop and have a compelling topic that you would like to present at Hadoop Summit, we welcome your submission. All presenters receive a complimentary all-access pass to Hadoop Summit.

The content selection committee is particularly interested in compelling use cases and success stories, best practices, cautionary tales and technology insights that help to advance the adoption of Apache Hadoop. For details on the Hadoop Summit tracks, please visit the Program page.

The deadline to submit an abstract for consideration has been extended to March 7, 2012.

Submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee that will be comprised of experts and leaders from throughout the Apache Hadoop ecosystem. New to Hadoop Summit this year will be the ability for the public to vote on the submissions they feel are most deserving of being included in the Hadoop Summit program. Stay tuned for details on the voting process.

Accepted presenters will be notified on or before March 21, 2012.

Accepted presenters will receive an all-access pass to Hadoop Summit. Any travel costs related to the conference are the responsibility of the presenter.
All presentations are 45 minutes in length and should include time for Q&A.
